How do I use it?

Step 1: Prepare Your Trainer

Before starting, make sure your air resistance trainer is clean. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth with the engraved word 'top' facing upwards. Bite down on the inner sides of the mouthpiece to secure it in place.

Step 2: Proper Breathing Technique

Stand or sit comfortably in an upright position with good posture, or incorporate it into your workout routine. Set the resistance level to your preferred intensity (it should be challenging but not uncomfortable). Inhale deeply through the mouthpiece until your lungs are full, then exhale through the mouthpiece until your breath is nearly expended. Concentrate on completely filling your lungs with air to engage your inspiratory muscles.

Step 3: Controlled Exhalation

Remove the unit from your mouth and breathe normally until you catch your breath. Repeat the exercise 10 times to complete one set. Perform 2 to 4 sets per day, preferably before meals.

How long will it take until I feel better?

Users have reported feeling better within the first few days of using the OxyFree Breathing Trainer. The more frequently you use it, the better the results you will achieve.

An evidence-based solution that strengthens your respiratory muscles

Lung function starts to decline as early as age 25 in healthy individuals. If you have a respiratory disease, this decline occurs even faster.

Exercising and strengthening your respiratory muscles is the simplest way to slow this aging process. RMT with OxyFree helps you build resilience to fight infections, improve your forced vital capacity, and can help reverse the accelerated aging of your lungs.
